Return & Refund Policy

This policy describes how eligible returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect orders, and cancellation requests are handled by Mervaqoe.

1. Return Requests

If you wish to return an item, please contact service@mervaqoe.com before sending it back.

2. Return Condition

For a standard return, the item should generally remain unused and in its original condition, with its original parts and accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible.

3. Return Information

When requesting a return, please provide the relevant order information, identify the item concerned, explain the reason for the request, and provide supporting photos or videos where relevant.

4. Return Address

Please do not send a return to the business registration address unless our customer service team specifically provides that instruction. Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after the request has been reviewed.

5. Return Shipping

For returns based on customer preference or another reason unrelated to a product or fulfillment problem, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping.

If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description because of a product or fulfillment issue, an appropriate solution will be provided after the matter is reviewed.

6. Inspection

Returned items may be inspected after receipt to determine whether the applicable return requirements have been met.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may depend on the applicable payment provider.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product description, please contact us with the relevant order information and supporting photographs or videos where appropriate.

9. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel an order, contact service@mervaqoe.com promptly. Cancellation requests received before fulfillment begins can be reviewed, but cancellation may not be possible after fulfillment or shipment has started.
